Ideas become meaningful when they are put into practice.

My talks and workshops explore the factors that affect how people feel, function and perform and what happens when we begin to notice and understand those influences more clearly.

I bring together research, lived experience and practical application to make complex ideas understandable and relevant to everyday life and work.

The aim is not to provide a set of answers, but to give people useful ideas and questions they can take back into their own lives, teams and organisations.

Questions We might explore together

What can stress tell us about how we are functioning?

What does sustainable performance really require?

Why is recovery part of performance?

Does understanding ourselves more clearly change how we respond?

How might the way we understand and respond to ourselves affect the way we work?

What kind of culture allows people to thrive?

Bringing Ideas Beyond the room

A useful conversation shouldn't end when people leave the room.

I want people to leave with something worth continuing to think about. A question, an idea or a different way of looking at something they encounter in everyday life or work.

Where appropriate, talks and workshops can also include practical ways for individuals and teams to continue exploring the ideas afterwards.

continue the conversation

The ideas shared here continue to evolve through writing, research and practice. If something you’ve read has prompted a question, a reflection or simply a different way of seeing, I’d be delighted to hear from you.
