It’s time to prioritise your mental wellbeing

Senior leaders and professionals are under more and more pressure than ever before.

Over half have experienced mental health issues in the past year, and 40% say they always feel burnt out. Those numbers are going up, not down.

It not only damages their productivity but also ripples into many different areas of both personal and work life.

Put simply, if leaders aren’t showing up for themselves, they can’t show up for their people.

Sound familiar? Then you’re in the right place.

My mission is to empower professionals to take a proactive role in looking after their own mental health and wellbeing to prevent burnout and mental health decline.

Through better self-leadership, you’ll be perfectly placed to lead your teams with empathy, clarity and understanding.

MY JOURNEY & APPROACH

Growing up, my world wasn’t always stable. With an alcohol-dependent mother, I had to figure out how to take care of my own mental health and well-being from a very young age. With the absence of any kind of role model behaviour, it wasn’t always easy, but those experiences have shaped who I am today.

As a leader and business owner, I’ve come to understand that prioritising wellbeing isn’t just about personal resilience; it’s the foundation of sustainable success. That’s why I’ve dedicated my career to helping others create healthier home lives and workplaces.

I’m a certified holistic health coach with a master’s degree in psychology. I am also the founder and CEO of i am me, a community interest company and free app that supports the wellbeing of young people and Director for Linac Learning, a learning and development consultancy that develop powerful, sustainable cultures, leaders and teams. I’ve led interventions that have transformed company cultures, moving teams away from burnout and towards high-performing environments that also deliver meaningful ROI.

I take a preventative approach, helping people build long-term change and resilience before issues have the chance to escalate.

With the right tools, support, and culture, people will flourish – and when people flourish, businesses and teams do too.
